In the case of unregulated services, if a customer has chosen to make advance payments for their services, they acknowledge that all advance payments are non-refundable. If a customer elects to terminate their service before the end of the prepaid period, no refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements will be issued for any unused portion of the service. By making an advance payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy. In the case of regulated services, advance payments will be refunded on a prorated basis based on the number of days remaining in the billing period.
