Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Learn and recognize triggers based on customer behavior, engaging with customers who request to terminate or downgrade service.
  • Exceed sales benchmarks as established by the Director of Business Development.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Pay Range: $45,000 to $60,000 plus commission
