Effective September 18, 2023, the New York State Department of Public Service granted a waiver to discontinue the production of a print telephone directory to Dunkirk and Fredonia Telephone and Cassadaga Telephone. An electronic version of our directory is available on the company website dftcommunications.com/telephone-directory. Customers may without charge request to receive an electronic or printed copy of the directory by contacting 716-673-3000, by email at directory@dftel.com, or mail at DFT Communications, P.O.
